Are you implying that a news company couldn't possibly bring stand lights to help with their production values?
The reflection of lights in this persons glasses does not prove to any degree that this was faked.

I was thinking that possibility. Is it usual to take lights out to interviews. Alternatively, the squares on the glasses could be photoshop ed.
