More than 200 of those rounds were in the hallway which leaves ~900 at the ground (and fuel tanks). That's better than 50% accuracy at moving targets in a sparsely populated huge space using an uncontrollable bump stock at over 1200 yards WITH WIND. No fucking way.
We know someone who was shot in Vegas. And she's definitely not an actor. People were absolutely shot and killed. Not saying it wasn't some kind of multi-shooter conspiracy, only saying people definitely were shot and killed.

The daughter was wounded in the shoulder, had surgery, and is going to be okay. Her mom had to drive from Louisiana to go be with her daughter. It was a suck situation.
Also, I've got a personal friend in Vegas I've known for over 20 years who knows for a fact people were shot.
