I have seen patrols over my neighborhood since April 2015. There were two types of planes flying over the same area, then I would see them fly around my hometown at a low altitude. One is an E-2C Hawkeye and the other is an RC-135. I've comment about this on /r/Conspiracy, but ended up being downvoted, then deleted.

Are they perhaps testing some new spyware? There have been military exercises in Flint Michigan (with explosions) that took the residents by surprise. I live close to a major airport and see lots of helicopter activity - sometimes military Chinook and some all black.

I've asked around and looked for any info about it. It's strange becuase, these are flown at a low altitude and can be seen clearly from ground level for everyone to see. I looked up for any local news articles about it. The only articles that did pop up was about bird watchers, recent flooding from severe storms, and that was about it.
