El Nino weather pattern is for this year, but I've read it is unusally strong this year. We've been having rain since May of this year and also had part of Tropical storm Bill too. The weather service that Texas will have dry and hot weather for July, but I highly doubt that since they planned that for this month during the month of May. Possibly more tropical storms for this summer between July and October.

Texas has been flooded out from all this rain, but it was our answer to our five year drought.

Crazy Idea: We should build a large underground Roman aqueduct all the way to California and Lake Mead. So that when Texas floods over from severe storms or Hurricanes. The water is moved in large pipes to fill up Lake Mead and the small reservoirs of California.

See, I've held that our government is currently fighting a coup. Military-industrial, banking-financial, or intelligence cartels, maybe a hybrid of them, appear to be fighting amongst themselves for either control or continuance. They're fighting to either take over or not be dismantled.

Jade Helm and other similar exercises play into this theory as the military placing strategic resources where they're needed. If the Feds are the perpetrators, they already have a militarized police force just waiting to be federalized to become the standing army Obama wanted.

Are they perhaps testing some new spyware? There have been military exercises in Flint Michigan (with explosions) that took the residents by surprise. I live close to a major airport and see lots of helicopter activity - sometimes military Chinook and some all black.

Nothing here in Orlando FL lately, but then again we aren't exactly close to any military bases (Patrick AFB is the closest I think, and I believe they are slowly fazing it out).
