Off topic: is Ruqqus the best option to find quality content? Would PM but I do not know how (and no point in learning now).

I honestly wouldn’t say so. It’s very, VERY reddit over there. Leftists have almost total control. There are a few other sites, though. Conspirologist made a post in the last few hours listing them.
