The judge was targeted for assassination but they only got her husband and son, the judge herself escaped harm. The assassin was later found dead from “apparent suicide”.
except oswald was smart enough to hide in a populated theater then yell out "i am not resisting arrest" when they dragged him out, they were going to kill him then and who knows if anyone would have put two and two together if not for that and him saying he was a patsy on tv after. They had to kill him with Jack Ruby a jewish mafia guy which looked haphazard and rushed.
