If by playing a low value role in the building of America qualifies them as having "built" America, then we can give them full credit for building the American prison system. Without the contributions of niggers to the prison system, there would be far less need for maximum security prison and penitentiary facilities. In many ways we can credit the building of the American criminal justice system to them as well. I'm willing to give them credit where credit is due.
