Irish is pretty fucking white. Plus you don't get an idea of percentage of the races. The Puerto Rican and Dominican could have been a great grandmother that had moved to Ireland and all the kids since had married Irish making her pretty white.
Yeah, well, Japs and Congolese could have moved to Bohemia and banged your grandma, too, I suppose. These are just not the kind of mixes where it is likely to be that far back. She looks superficially white really. I'd say the mixing shows in her face. She just came out unusually white looking in permutation. Even if it were a great grandmother that would be somewhere on the order of 10% non-white with likely quite a bit of black. Not really white by any kind of commonly accepted US standard historically.
