Either Russians were subjugated and massacred by jewish subversives for over a century and have little to be proud of in recent history, or they identify with the Soviet Union and treat WW2 as their heroic struggle against evil.

Someone had long since said that Putin was murdered and replaced.

I can't remember the exact dates but Putin disappeared for a while and was reportedly sick.

When he returned his cheeks were rather fat and puffy and he resembled his former visage but look markedly different.
