White flight often results in lower property values, more vacant homes, and the general decline of the neighborhood. Yet the communities that experience it typically start out as middle-class, according to an academic article published last year in the journal Social Science Research.

If whites do NOT leave in the first place, then how do non-whites find a way into the neighborhood? Seems like there is more to play with regards to a neighborhood going to shit than just white people leaving. Like the old tactic of "block busting." It's not just whites abandoning a neighborhood and it going bad nor just non-whites invading a neighborhood and making it bad, it seems more like a combination of the two. It's like the outside POC population isn't sending their best when it comes to taking over the old white neighborhood.

The irony is that they never see the parallels when it comes to the country (or even entire world) as a whole. Only in this case whites aren't fleeing to other countries, they're demographically dying off due to being overrun by larger numbers of non whites that they have to work to support at the expense of their own potential future children. So Big Mike can't shake his gnarled finger at whitey and blame us for abandoning the country and leaving it for greener pastures as we don't do quite enough to subsidize the alien cultures supplanting us (like his test tube babies). Oh, but he'll still do it anyway.
