The Internet has this weird property where whenever someones tries to clamp down on it it squirts out between their fingers. The tech is already there, for the most part, to decentralize distribution of information. What's lacking is financial incentive for doing so because the current centralized service providers are cost-effective for most needs. Even the needs of people "on the political fringe". Keep it up Silicon Valley...you sow the seeds of your own destruction.

For anyone not paying attention, this right here is the slippery slope.

Cloudflare had a toatally content neutral stance for over a decade. They kicked off the Daily Stormer and said that it was a one time special exemption. Now here we see it happen again and again.

If you let them get away with shit once, they will think they can do it whenever they feel like it.

Buy up service providers to censor. They are doing it to search engines, apps and so on as well.
