What I did was use the Free Select tool to outline the faces and other stuff I wanted to tint, Then went o the pulldown menu marked "Colors," and selected "Colorize," and then pick the shade of blue I want from the color picker.

If you can get a decent selection then go to colors>map>rotate colors and spin the wheel until you get to Prussian blue. That works even better than the brush method.

Ohhh maybe thats why. Using PC. Im grateful for it still, as my little interactions with it have allowed me to profit with my simple designs. Still want to try Photoshop again though.

The UI has had issues on Linux and Mac that I've tried. As for the actual editing, I can't say I've ever noticed any screw-ups of the actual image.

It's fine, but you need a group of people (10ish), that aren't all blue. The idea is to show the contrast and how they're over-represented, otherwise it doesn't make sense: you just painted people blue for some reason.

Yours is an interesting route to take it though. For instance a pre-op barbara Streisand thats blue, and then she's white on the side pick (with maybe the rhinoplastied nose being blue). Not a bad phase 2.

if you use an android, download photo editing software, most will do, use the marker tool, color anyone you want blue. just make sure they're actually jewish.
