I agree gentlemen. I’m really starting to look beyond the simple “Nose knows” approach to jewspotting (in the wild).
The lips, brow, etc.
The environment (courthouse, dental offices, basically any higher-end boutique service wth absolute minimum physical work). In fashion (Jewish rag trade / Schmatta trade) in the owners office, very rarely in the designers office, but NEVER in the warehouse.
I spoke with a lawyer a few days ago and she mentioned the book she was reading, “The tattooist of Auschwitz “ - it is always the center of cultural/creative world I’ve decided. She pronounced it [awe-sh-wits] , and I replied “[Ow-shVits] ?” - and she paused, looked at me strangely, and ended the convo.
they pronounce Germanic words with a NewYorker twang, is what I’m getting at.
