Whatever the method he's referring would have to be based on volume of users. The more the merrier. What confuses me and has me thinking all kinds of crazy shit(Feds in the henhouse) is that registrations are closed. This makes no sense. Unless.....
What if @Puttitout is developing some kind of social manipulation software here on Voat and we are the control group. This would fit with how he said we could generate revenue and why new registrations are closed.
