They’re already 60% of Atlanta metro area. We could make it a black city-state like the Vatican where blacks can live free of “the oppressive white supremacist males”. I see something like this as inevitable so we may as well get ahead of the problem.

No. They may be 60% of Atlanta proper, but I guarantee you they aren't 60% of the metro (composed of 13 counties).

Fair enough. Googled “metro atlanta population demographics”. They are 52%.

If you pull City of Atlanta proper out that's gonna drop precipitously as well; sure there are too many of them here, but we're still the South once you get outside 285.
