Should Atlanta be renamed "Wakanda" and become a nigger ethno-state? (whatever)

They’re already 60% of Atlanta metro area. We could make it a black city-state like the Vatican where blacks can live free of “the oppressive white supremacist males”. I see something like this as inevitable so we may as well get ahead of the problem.

Not the whole state. Just Atlanta. It's home of CNN, so it's already fucked up. Buckhead has problems because the police won't prosecute blacks for crimes where the damage is $750 or less (about the cost of a smartphone).
