They’re already 60% of Atlanta metro area. We could make it a black city-state like the Vatican where blacks can live free of “the oppressive white supremacist males”. I see something like this as inevitable so we may as well get ahead of the problem.

OP sounds like he's never been to "metro" atlanta, as in not fulton or dekalb. The surrounding areas are almost all white, except for clayton, and all the mexicans in gwinnett. I'd like to see a source on that 60% number.
