They’re already 60% of Atlanta metro area. We could make it a black city-state like the Vatican where blacks can live free of “the oppressive white supremacist males”.

Ever been to Atlanta? It's already been lost to the darkness. At least if we call a spade a spade maybe more of them will leave white areas and go there.
