Should Atlanta be renamed "Wakanda" and become a nigger ethno-state? (whatever)

They’re already 60% of Atlanta metro area. We could make it a black city-state like the Vatican where blacks can live free of “the oppressive white supremacist males”. I see something like this as inevitable so we may as well get ahead of the problem.

Just a metro area. May be a terrible idea. Just thinking outside the box. Another option is to give them Puerto Rico.
