You can consider him evil for killing people in cold blood whose only "crime" was to be Muslim, a foreigner, and attending that mosque. You may consider him morally justified by seeing the migration an invasion, and all migrants as valid targets.

Watch the in front of the bottom of the gate, slightly below and to the right of the pile of yellow looking leaves, starting @ 3:20 to 3:33 (repeat as needed) and you will see bright spots appear on the ground, they don't look like anything in shape, almost like a blurry dead lead but compared to the grey/black asphalt it's a few brightly colored pixels.
