If I had to guess, it's going to be "you need 10000CCP" specifically in that sub.

Yes, the limits are per subverse, not global.
That's what I remember but things do change. So a up only sub (because I doubt anyone has the points to down) where the ups don't count. I wonder how long until it's reverted back.
I presume once the controversy dies down, if this actually does happen.
