I'm fairly interested in the idea of an oldgoat voat boat where only 10000ccp users can contribute. It seems it would have some usefulness, particularly in a crisis.
An thus the reason mods with aged account change sub requirements. Having an old account does not make you an "old goat". These accounts can be bought, sold and traded. Hell, I just had a conversation with a user who was 3 years + and apparently didn't remember the Sane bans and did not know mods have been removed from subs.
Having 10k ccp probably does. The best comments rarely hit 100pts. It takes a ton of contribution to reach 10k ccp. Especially if any scrutiny is applied to remove point system gamers.
