1. People Consume Way More Porn - Porn used to be a treat. You had a VHS or even DVD, magazine. etc. It was not something you could watch and watch tons of all the time. People consume dozens of hours of this shit a week.

2. Porn has changed, even straight porn - If you watch porn from the 70s, 80s and early 90s. you will see how different it is immediately. I couldn't figure out why it turned me on so much and the new porn didn't. There are 2 reasons. The first is that women looked like actual women, not air brushed, coated in spray paint they call makeup, and always full of silicone everywhere. They looked more like actual humans. The second thing I noticed is that older porn focuses on the pussy, the pussy lips, often the pussies were hairy, which I prefer hairy or trimmed. The focus is also on the woman's tits, the moaning. Notice also that almost no matter what porn site you go to or what you search, there is an ad, usually of a 12 inch black dick on the page. This is what our CHILDREN are consuming and young adults are consuming countless hours of this while high as fuck. Any meds, especially ADD meds make you more open and more COMPULSIVE. This is true with shopping, gambling, etc. Combine that with something like an SSRI, that will make males completely docile. What you have is a fucking robot ready to be programmed, a submissive male, even if by nature not submissive, that will be manipulated by older men and women easily and manipulated by porn sites just as easily. Even if later in life this individual makes it out of that world with no STDs and without severe depression, it has been shown not only excessive porn but ADD meds literally rewires the brain. The sexual tastes will never be totally reversed and if that happens it takes years.

My advice:

Kids: especially young kids, get your ass a router, get your ass a wireshark and monitor internet activity. Lock down devices. Yes, as they get older they can break this but is stops them from doing it earlier. Implement parental controls on any and everythign, be it a desktop, tablet, laptop or smart phone. Monitor all internet traffic using a protocol analyzer like wireshark as your backup. Just check it sometimes and you can get an idea of what is going on. Keep any desktop in a common area. Tablets are easier to lock down and moniror than a desktop or laptop. Don't let your kids have a desktop or laptop in their room at night. Keep their phone away from them at night. This works well with younger kids. Remember, you can use that router to block websites.

Adults: No fap has some good stuff on how to break your porn addiction. I just limit when I see porn. Understanding what they are trying to do to me helps in this. For me, it's an every so often treat. I don't get into cycles of just hours a day of beating off. I beat off less. I watch porn less.
