Can you describe to us in detail the steps you took to rid your life of fluoride? I'm assuming here that you haven't exactly done a foolproof job, but I'm quite curious nonetheless.

Sure, it's not foolproof and nothing fancy or complicated, but I only use holistic dentists who don't use fluoride; I don't use fluoride toothpaste, I don't drink fluoridated water. Cutting out fluoride and tv have made my mind and my instinct and intuition much sharper.

Maybe I'm just not privy to the way plumbing works and all that, but your washer uses fluoridated water, your shower and any sinks in your house as well. Does installing a water filter mean filtering any water coming in to the house, or just specified single dump out units?
