Reddit is controlled opposition. There is a repeatable pattern of replacing non-cooperative mods and then heavily censoring the subs. /R/conspiracy is a good example. If Q posted to Reddit, they would make algorithms to make sure the post was never seen. They already use such filters to stifle talk of alt-tech.
Reddit systematically purges subs knowing that the weak-minded will come running back and beg for censorship after getting assessed by voat and the chans. /R/thedonald is an example of this tactic.
I agree, but there is a fine line between filtering to make conversation more effective and censorship. If a verse has rules, and those rules are only related to that verse, where is the problem?
People not used to being self directed see rules as a default good thing and do not judge the rules themselves at face value. Rules become an excuse for them to not think.
Goats see rules as sometimes necessary evils. We ask why a rule is needed and what effect the implementation of the rule will have.
When Reddit fags come to voat they simultaneously ignore our rules (not giving thought to why they exist) and blindly accept the rules of the old powermods (not giving thought to why those rules exist either). Goats will not defend rules that are harmful while Redditfags rationalize and appease.
Blindly supporting any idiot making any rule they want without backing their rationale is something goats will never get behind.
