It's far between that I stop talking shit and say "Hey, listen."
Hey, listen.
This is correct. You. Are. Deficient. Don't believe me? Go put some iodine on your skin. It should stay for hours. I about guarantee that you'll absorb all of it through your skin in less than an hour.
All my life my body temperature was low all the time. A few years ago, I had a suspicion about something so I tracked my temps. On waking up, my average body temp was 95.6. Clinically speaking, hypothermia is below 95 degrees: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Hypothermia/
One of you sick fucks was talking shit about the feminization of males and I started to do some research so I could tell this retard what a dumbass he was. I did end up proving that he was a certifiable retard but I also delved in to deep, dark corners of the web that y'all should just never touch and discovered that some people manage low body temps with iodine. Specifically, nascent iodine. Twice a day, three drops in a glass of water. Tastes like a fuckin' hospital but I did it. 18 months later, my body temp stays between 98.2 and 98.6 where it belongs.
You know what low body temps are a symptom of? Underactive thyroid. Like... heading into diabetes territory.
Check your temp, put some iodine on your skin. Especially if you're diabetic.
I've had low body temps my whole life. Always thought it was the Gluten causing my thyroid issues. Going to try this anons recommended regiment and track results.

Get a thermometer and track it at the same times every day.

Good idea. I'll have to pick that up along with some Zync supplements as well. Already take Selenium daily and Magnesium oxide regularly as well.

You shouldn't be taking magnesium without zinc anyway. They help each other get absorbed.
