Strongly recommend spirulina. You also get loads of choline, acetyl-choline is the most prevalent receptor site in the body and it's quite good for you.
I have iodine and magnesium one day and spirulina the next it works great! I would also highly recommend this as the spirulina binds to and draws out the toxins.
I also read once that in case of a nuclear fall out, a shedload of Iodine can somehow protect you against some of the radiation but no telling how near or far one would have to be for it to work, either way Iodine/magnesium one day and Spirulina the next is pretty darn good. Together it felt a bit sick, lol but that could just be just me.
