Salt is fucking weird. I've tried a teaspoon of salt (iodized table salt) in 16 oz of water and it tastes awful. But I have no problem eating it it on food or making sauerkraut with it. Broth also tastes great.

I don't trust salty foods to contain iodized salt though.
