Yes, they like to speak like they represent others or are in alignment with others, they never speak for themselves as an individual. I would never say, "us Voaters think that..." because I can only ever represent myself, how can I speak for other people?
This is also why they like Communism, they despise individuality, free thinkers. Harder to control the narrative.
