Now I will start with the premise that The Powers That Be (TPTB) have been more powerful than the president for generations. No president can ultimately go against their agenda, certainly not alone.
Trumps history has been non-interventionist, and he knows that TPTB will not allow for this with Syria*. He announces his intention to leave Syria to it. TPTB fall to their usual playbook, and stage a false flag chemical attack which the media all jump on, and the policy position changes. Note the obviousness of the U-turn, how apparent the cause-and-effect relationship is.
He then makes major news by making his Homeland Security Adviser Tom Bossert resign[1][2][3][4] and replacing him with John Bolton who literally recieved "The Guardian of Zion" award in Israel.[1][2][3]
Then, a news reporter that Trump has tweeted in praise of, Tucker Carlson, produces this 7 minute piece. (Even Voat goats noticed this odd event of news against the (((narrative))) in the MSM, with it hitting the top of voat(archive (dot) today/kMmEC)
Tucker even mentions the repeat narrative from an identical play last year, where you will recall Trump worried his base by firing upon their airfield, and it was later revealed that this was just about the least destructive thing he could do. He had hit only an airstrip not an airbase, and so a flat piece of land got dented, with no strategic impact. This kept him from appearing weak, and had the John McCains of the party praising him on TV for once; situation dealt with with minimal impact.
The timing is also key, it comes at a time when Israel was already getting desperate

TL;DR Trump has recognised the real war is with the Media, or rather with getting the truth to the people. It is said that what a wise man cannot stop, he must instead manipulate, and he is organising red pills for actions outside his control, putting traps in play as The Agenda pushes forward, playing the media against their will as he did as candidate Trump. This also ties in to a previous tweet.

Planting evidence in his lawyers office against him to blackmail him to war against Syria or face a humiliating Clinton style impeachment was a major chess move of the opponents.

Charles Kushner was charged back in 2004 for making illegal campaign contributions to the Democrats. He also paid prostitutes to sleep with politicians and seceretly filmed the encounter.
Charles Kushner leads the Kushner clan and Jared is Trump's top advisor.
The Kushners were Trump's rivals in the NYC real estate market and now they'll imherihit most of Trump's fortune through Ivanka.
Trump has also appointed numerous ex Goldman Sachs Jews including the ex President of Goldman Sachs himself.

Maybe he works with them willingly or maybe they have some dirt on him ( Epstein style), or maybe it's a little of both, either way, Trump is part of their group and so you can't be surpised if he furthers their causes.
