Mother Jones started as a progressive magazine in the 1970's, named after the community and labor activist of the same name. I realized long ago that the magazine had lost it's ways and gone to shit, but after red-pilling I recognized Open Society's touches: Hillary Clinton is disliked because of a "25 year smear campaign." None of her "scandals" (quotation marks theirs) have been found to be true... blah, blah, blah.
Didn't have to dig too far to confirm my suspicions. In this article praising Soros using money to play us like chess pieces, they disclose that

The Open Society Foundations, chaired by Soros, have supported Mother Jones' campaign finance reporting.

I had to laugh at the irony: while I was looking for that info I came across this- In 1907, Mother Jones published an open letter to Chicago socialite Bertha Palmer, of Palmer House fame. http://cuomeka.wrlc.org/exhibits/show/industrial/documents/cri-doc8 (the letter itself Is a pdf.)
Jones had read of Palmer's intention to hold a meeting at her mansion between the "capitalist class" (wealthy employers) and working class to attempt a meeting of the minds. Jones resented the idea of the rich trying to have any say in how the working class conducted their business.

...lawless acts have and are being committed every hour by this same [ruling] class all over the land, and this they will continue to do till the working class sends their representatives into the legislative halls of this nation and by law take away the power of this capitalist class to rob and oppress the workers.

So, she's rolling in her grave.
I know there aren't many lefties here, but surely you can appreciate another story about how Soros ruins everything.
