Firstly once one mod has reviewed the report, acts on it and hits ignore there's no way for another mod to see the report (and maybe see it as unfair for example) and no record of the report being there in the first place. The old system of marking unread allowed for multiple mods or admins to see the report later and maybe discuss it or review it.
Second there's no way for a mod to reply to the user reporting on whats been done about the report because there's no username attached to the report. The user reporting is left not knowing if the report was even seen or looked at. Up until now I've been thanking people or explaining why I cant do anything about a particular report and it's been appreciated by most. Now I can't do that.
Third, and I know there's a reason for this, but there's still no notification of a report and this means this is one more thing besides the summary tab in modmail for mods to remember to check which many are forgetting as it is.
Edit: Overall this is a good thing, thanks.

Good points, we will consider these as we build out the second part (mod rules).
Also, the query string is hackable, so you can change status=unreviewed to status=reviewed to view reports that have been reviewed. You can also go back up to 7 days by changing the day parameter.

Thanks I'll save this comment and use those hacks for sure.
