I'm not convinced the data shows what you think it does, though; in particular, that statistic doesn't distinguish the harms of transition from the harms of transphobia. At minimum, I'd want to see suicide statistics from people who wanted to transition but refrained.
I am never going to be a normal man. My options are not "be a normal man" or "be a mutilated freak"; they are "be a freak without surgery" or "be a freak with surgery". Comparing me to people who never wanted to transition in the first place is not diagnostically useful.
If you have data showing that despite this constraint it's still better not to transition, I'd definitely want to see it.
