Honest discussion is encouraged.
Dishonest hatchet-jobs not so much.

Example:

You banned a user for arguing with you

You know that is not true.
I'm done trying with you.

Are you seriously asking that? This pile of vitriol was because I did not do what you ordered instantly.
Do you really believe that was civil non-threatening behaviour?
