As long as there are less than 25,000, you can import these into your contacts and see if they show up on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc, to see if you have found a shill farm.
The first cursory search color codes each datat set, then sorts by password, taking out duplicates and entries that don't have any correlation with any other entries. This helps identify which accounts are being used by the same person.
Since the list is much less than 25,000, it is easy to import all of these into my contacts, then connect my Google Contacts to social media to see what type of agenda, if any, these people are pushing, as a group.
