I appreciate that suggestion, however, what's the end goal?
Going on a walk or exercising 30 minutes a day is both meditation and physical building. Just meditating doesn't accomplish anything.
If you've ever gone on a run or a walk with no headphones you meditate. Perhaps not in the sense of not thinking about anything but in a real way of it shutting down your thoughts because you become engrossed in the activity and what your body is doing and reacting with it.
For me being still is the hardest thing to do. Sure moving meditation is nice too. But to just sit, zazen, for me.is the hardest task of all. Actually I think I'll do it in December. Thanks for the idea :)
