Alright, thanks to everyone for pledging to make yourselves better men and (ladies!) for the next 6 weeks! If you want to join this please comment below with “I’M NEW AND JOINING”
I’m going to ping everyone since this program is 3 days a week, if you don’t want to be pinged then say so.
I was asked to make an archive of the program so here is week one
• If you managed 5 or less pushups in the test, follow column 1. • If you completed between 6 and 10 pushups, column 2 is for you. • Between 11 and 20 consecutive pushups? Impressive! Column 3 is what you're looking for. • More than 20 pushups? I would suggest starting the program on Week 3. Choose either Column 2 or 3 based on the number of pushups you managed in your initial test.
If you are in Column 4 you and I will need to start with week three

Assuming I didn't do something wonky with the sets, 80 (the bare minimum).

Awesome. Going to do this later in the day. Btw, any pings after the first 5 won't be notified. You'll have to break them up into sets of 5 and post ad comments.

My old lady is doing them too. We started on week 3 and column 3. Last 20+ reps killed us. I also never got pinged for some reason

60-90 seconds I think works, I waited a little longer on the last set.
As for pings I realized that have to break up pings in sets of 5 or they won't work
I might wait about 75, i did the first two sets alright, but the last three kicked my ass

Enjoy a good healthy challenge. But.. I only see 3 columns on the chart..
