i went through that entire form for about 15 minutes taking everything non alphanumberic out. its broken.

they do not list their email address online. you have to contact them through forms.

im doing a run of telstra stuff at the moment and screenshotting the fuck out of it. I ended up with a $1700 bill a few months back that wasnt supposed to happen, and there is no way to contact a person to talk to them about it. You have to actually start an AI conversation let it talk shit to you, then rate it badly before someone emails you back. Now its happening with SIM activation, their sims are NOT activating, leaving people without mobile phone service, and no way to contact them about it.
