Why build that when you have a more likely location in today's modern psychiatric hospital system? It has everything you need. Facilities, infrastructure, staff, etc... More importantly you have legitimate purpose as a cover. Want to find mind control programs? Look at state run psych facilities or private ones.
What fits better when you think it out. Massive, hideously expensive underground base that's a bitch to keep up or an already in place, wide spread system of facilities doing the same basic job of housing and caring for people that NO ONE would believe if they 'spilled the beans' on what's happening?

I watched the geo earthquake analysts reporting live from southern CA the second earthquake and they were obviously rattled. She kept saying that "weird" things were going on (and acted like she was puzzled and things were "off").
Then I found out later that normal aftershocks are 150-250' away from the main earthquake, and they were 6 miles away that day.
Of course POTUS' tweets about they're in good hands make we wonder too.
Oh my gosh....you picked up too on those 'experts on TV' from CALTECH... there were Comms being stated, and I was not sure to who. They mentioned several times, the number 11, and 11%, and 9, over and over again. But add up the strength numbers they initially gave, and then changed the one number from 6.5 to 6.4, and vice versa. I felt them, but it was highly unusual,,, it was a rolling shake..yet closer to the area, people I know did see things become demolished, but it was not like we would normally experience with the notorious quake action on the usual fault lines. This is what many of us who are 'awake' have commented on...IT WAS DIFFERENT.
