tin-eye brought me to this link: has the kid all grown up with Schiff http://jewishjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/schiff-bbbs.jpg from jewishjournal.com but I couldn't find the related article (but it's also way past bedtime).

BBBS is Big Brothers Big Sisters - so is this Schiff's witness/victim? If Schiff was a BB and abused this child //I'm seeing red at this thought//

We need to do is try and date this picture. Overalls were big in late 70s and it looks like the lady's beige coat has shoulder pads so we are going into that time frame of late 70s/early 80s.

Schiff is too smart. He wouldn't do his "little brother." Besides, when you look at Shiff's 13 year old bar mitzvah picture, you can see that he would only kidnap and rape aryan children, make up for his pasty ugly little Khazarian self. No schvartze for him.

Article says Schiff was 25 in the photo, so would have been around 1985.

the photo is dated further down the article and yes it's 86. I think we need to dig on the guy in the picture but I honestly can't see straight anymore and my brain isn't coordinating. I'll revisit tomorrow if it's not done.
