If you guys assimilate you are welcome, you will find the only rule you must play by here is allowing free speech and transparency, no “safe space” of any kind.
Your ban approach made it fashionable for those of us already here to try to get banned as a badge of honor.

I would say we are very tolerant. We tolerate just about everyone, that doesn’t mean we like them.
No one who comes here will be deplatformed or attacked in a meaningful way (doxx etc.). All are free to arrive, and the community is free to judge them.
Despite the amount of us here who are taking pitchforks and torches to the gates of this sub, no one is at all calling for their deplatforming.

yeah I don't need an admin to force them to leave I have the freedom to tell them to leave and bully them, they can stay if they want but I won't stop using my right to speak

Go for it. If they are too fragile to take some forum banter they likely should take a break from the internet to pursue activities their frailty can handle anyways.
