It's even simpler than "integrating" into voat... just don't censor people for partisan or other unjustified reasons.
Downvoting does the talking here, not censoring like reddit. Voat will not tolerate banning and censoring. Everybody has a voice.

they also put restrictions on downvoating here that are still in place
