Can someone point me to how this site works? We are only allowed 10 comments per 24 hours and no amount of upvotes here is raising your overall counter. From what I read on a hateful thread on the main page of voat moments ago, the nature of this sub limits how it can behave and how the users get ranked. Tho I can't find anything in the footer of this site that explains these rules. Those fellas seem angry AF at what's happening on this sub, so ask them I will not. Help is appreciated.

Your reddit mods have fucked you again.

Wanna be a bit more helpful? What do you mean?

They created a sort of "ghetto" here on voat with their reddit-censorship ways. You're protected in here from gaining voat CCP, which means when you venture out into voat, your 'awakening' points are worthless. And whether on purpose or not, they set it up for their subjects to be disliked, if not hated, because of their censorship. Don't you Q people have some meme about "we'll be attacked because we're right", or something like that?

Are they even real mods? Reddit is famous for removing mods of subs they dislike and replacing them with their own people. TD is literally modded by jews now. And they promote "anti-racism". "Reddit mods" are suspect. Why did they lead you to a free speech site where you're not going to have credibility out in the world (NiggerFaggot!), when others have taken the free reddit code and made their own clones where they make the rules as they wish? I dunno. Maybe the mods are just retarded kids, or maybe it's some other reason.

But the fact that you've been on reddit up until they finally kicked you out speaks volumes.

I can only speak for myself, so I'll put it in that frame.

I really appreciate your explanation, being new to voat. I got on Reddit very recently as well, bc I wanted to participate in active discussions around "Q" topics, which turned out to be a WIDE range of discussions. The chans were hard to follow, Twitter is a joke and I ditched Facebook ages ago. Voat didn't have the community, and Reddit made the board access easy.

After a month of my use of Reddit I started seeing infighting and name calling and "outing" ofnpeople being shills, etc. Who was right and who was lying I don't know. I don't care. I wanted the discussion and the info - of which there was plenty on the two Q related boards.

After the shut it down, those of us like me, looked and found this. We, I, have no idea who is modding this, who those people are, how they set this up (and why) or how this system really works.( I'm still looking for a man file on that here - point me there if you can)

So honestly, if I'm anything like any others who just want the digs, the discussion and the comoradery, then your answer is there.

Aka. We've no idea. We just came bc we want what was taken.

And is reddit a worthy place? Clearly they're nefarious asshats, but many of the seekers aren't tech savvy at all. So it was a solution. And an easy one at that.

Yeah, reddit has had a cabal of leftists and (((them))) operating behind the scenes for years. They're right in downtown San Francisco, so the streets swarm with leftie tech people, reddit admins and associates among them. Anyway, it's hugely controlled and manipulated.

This comment removed by the awakening mods explains a bit of the technical issues around the sub and CCP.

Here's a post about that thing the "neon" guy linked to where he backtracks, then disparages the Q sub that's been here on voat awhile. Q isn't for me, but @srayzie seems to be sincere, and is running that sub pretty well. Just looked, and there's a lot of info there about what's going on. I recommend checking it out.

Yes. Reddit has always been questionable. But people needed a place to go. Twitter isn't that. Facebook tracks everything too but adds your face, etc.

Neon Revolt simply said he didn't know the mods on the existing sub here. And I don't actually know if the subs who ran GW of Reddit are the same team.

I did run into annoying moderation there but I also saw A LOT of trolls and shills fucking up conversations. On the regular.

It's a double edged sword - people want quality of content and to protect that while not becoming judgmental assholes and getting trigger happy. The latter seems to happen either way.

I fully understand the sentiment.
