This is a shitty time to be looking for a new job but I would find something else and tell them exactly why I was leaving.

Before I give you my opinion on the matter, what do you mean by "accessibility improvements". In my experience helping code something beneficial for people with legitimate physical disabilities isn't an issue. This wouldn't be something I consider exactly "SJW".

HOWEVER if your boss if one of these fucking "we need to hire more X to improve the culture in code" retards, or hires horrifically unqualified X people and expects you to train them then yeah different ball game.

Focus on paying off your outstanding debts and then build up your savings. Get more involved in your alumni association and fraternity. Update your resume. Do some freelance work. Stop bringing friends, kin, or members of your household to company social functions. Then implement @skimm's suggestion and then let reality run amok in the workspace.

Sounds like a hostile work environment and your manager is using her position to coerce your political beliefs. Be careful and seek some legal advice how to deal with this.

Hmm, without being there it's tough to read the room, but accessibility in software isn't necessarily "woke politics". Trying to make software a bit easier for people with bad vision, color blindness, or other physical problems isn't a bad thing. And in fact companies get sued by filthy disgusting Jews for not making their software accessible so it is kind of important for the business.

This might be an area where malicious compliance might be in order. Show extreme passion for accessibility. Fix the tiniest issues, no matter how insignificant. Make time estimates for the fixes double and triple what you really need. When they complain break down and cry and say that how would you like to blind and not able to use this software? If they try and discipline you for this say that you don't think their commitment to this is large enough. If you get fired become a whistleblower and try and sue them for following orders.

Pay attention to the James Damore case. You will be fired, make sure you document everything progressive.

"Diversity and inclusion" most often means "anyone that's not straight white and male." Just look into 'diversifying' into something you don't mind so much about.

It's difficult to know without getting more details (and providing more details will probably get you doxxed) but you might try diversifying into Oriental people. Bring more Asians into the company or whatever the fuck they're asking you for. I wouldn't mind working with some Filipinos or Thais just two mention some ethnicities. Not the best but very far from the worst.

If that's not enough or if there are no ethnicities that you kinda like then I'm afraid you're down to hard choices. If you tolerate fags, then maybe you have to do something with them. If you tolerate Indians (Gradually I started to hate them...) then maybe teach them something boring you have to do but don't want to.

Can you say in general terms what they're asking you to do? Like, do you have to go to the streets and be a militant? Do you need to hire fags and/or ethnic dead ends?
