submitted 9.7 years ago by moe
The account @youcanclaimthissub is used for temporary storage of abandoned subs. You can claim any of the subs this account "owns" (provided you meet the requirements) by opening a new thread in /v/subverserequest and stating which sub you would like to claim.
(1) 100 CCP is required for transfer â Moderators should have both voating buttons so that they can curate content without needing to resort to deletions
1
(2) 30 day account age required
2
(3) Only one pending subverse transfer per user at a time
3
(4) A subverse may not be requested on behalf of another user
4
(5) User requesting subverse must have activity in subverse â At least 2 posts and 2 comments in the last month in the subverse being requested. If content appears to be submitted just to meet this requirement, request will be denied.
5
(6) 300 CCP is required in the subverse the user is requesting if subscriber count is 1000 or higher.
6
(7) A user may not moderate more than 10 subverses.
7
(8) A user may not moderate (level-2) more than 3 @system owned 'default' subverses.
8
(99) Requests for /v/whatever will be denied; so whatever (/v/whatever is a @system-owned 'catch-all' that is intended to be unmoderated)

Can we put in a request for a sub so that when we meet the requirements we can have it over anyone else that requests it in the mean time?
moe 9.6 years ago
No, there is no "reservation" system. If the poster is ineligible whenever the request is evaluated, it will be rejected.
That's gay, but OK, thanks for the reply.
