I'm not sure if you noticed or if it matters to you, but there's a sticky post in that sub pertaining to why the sub is more or less locked down.
TL;DR - use of the word 'porn' (like v/EarthPorn) in subs is a "Reddit" thing and Voat users worked very hard early on to get away from that; that's why we have subs with 'pix' in the name instead (like v/EarthPix).
