It is timely as many (in my opinion, without foundation) muse that DPRK is poised to attack the US with an EMP attack from space.
And, what is more important, to those who want to write about the issue or look things up (very big topic these days with all the aggitation in Asia in the headlines) the PDF is full of science lingo and phrases that makes searching much easier.
But I dont blame you for misreading my motive in posting since I just threw it out there. I found the doc. by accident while looking for things about Hanford (in the news this week).
