Let's look at little earlier in that book. Chapter 15, starting with verse 21. We'll also compare the exact same events as described by Mark in Mark Chapter 7.
Matthew 15:21 Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”
Mark 7:24 Jesus left that place and went to the vicinity of Tyre. He entered a house and did not want anyone to know it; yet he could not keep his presence secret. 25 In fact, as soon as she heard about him, a woman whose little daughter was possessed by an impure spirit came and fell at his feet. 26 The woman was a Greek, born in Syrian Phoenicia. She begged Jesus to drive the demon out of her daughter.
For some context, Jesus spent the day arguing and debating with Pharisees. Now he's tired and wants to be left alone, but he's tracked down by this European woman.
Matthew 15:23 Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”

He is telling this European woman, point blank to her face, that he didn't come to save her race. Remember how he was debating the Pharisees earlier? He views them as corrupt and leading the Israelites astray. He didn't come to save Europeans, or Asians, or Africans, or anyone else. He is a fucking JEWISH MESSIAH sent to save the JEWISH PEOPLE.
Matthew 15:25 The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.

It's lovely that you've put so much work into that reply, but you are putting the words of Paul against the words of Christ. When Jesus say, "None but the House of Israel" then Paul contradicts him years later and says, "First to the Jew, then to the Gentile" who should we believe?
