Well first, the lines are in the top-right and bottom-right photos - they are just covered quite a bit by the TV blue text overlay bar.
Second, on the bottom-left photo, the missing white line on the black pavement on the top of the photo would be visible were it not for the cropped vertical video angle from the phone video itself.
That said, I do agree the known history of the two working together and the way the guy just chills on his neck for a afternoon siesta is suspect and does lead me to think there was something more behind the killing.

You clearly didn't watch the video. The YELLOW LINE that shows up is not there in the other angle, and you would see SOME of the dotted whites from the second angle.
The problem is no one cares anymore... you can prove all you want about what really happened but guess what? Every major city has been burned and looted for the past week. None of this will resolve the problems we face with the current race war that is gonna happen.

it could be that the camera from that angle of the street automatically adjusted its brightness levels and completely destroyed details on the street.
it happens when you take a picture of something when the sun is also in the same angle - even if it’s not in the shot or photo itself
