Jews use this tactic. Even though they hold citizenship in many countries, they serve their own quasi Nation State. As a result of their actual loyalty being to a Pan Jewish Nation, they use the government of whatever country they inhabit to advance their own ethnicity's interest.

If we were to do this, we could use all Nations to attack the Jewish Supremacist Empire like Jews do to us whenever we take back one of our own countries.

Think about Germany, it was taken back by Whites after WW1 and the Jews used all the nations they inhabited to wage war on the Germans to stop White's from freeing themselves from occupation around the world.
